A Successful Start for the Center for the Study of Human Trafficking in South-Central Pennsylvania

After many appointments, discussions, and presentations it is clear that the Center for the Study of Human Trafficking in South-Central Pennsylvania has become a reality.  Approximately 2/3rds of the funds needed will be from the salaries paid from teaching the college courses.  The additional amount has been obtained from local foundations and agencies.  We are ready to begin this fall  with classes in Penn State York, and Penn State Harrisburg.  This spring we are scheduled to have classes at York College and Millersville.  in the summer of 2017, classes will be given to teachers at PSY, PSH, and possibly at Penn State Fayette or Berks.

Next year we will seek to find approximately $15,000 to permanently endow the center.  We are very optimistic about the future.
