On a personal note
I just ran a five mile race and did OK (41:14), but so many people passed me it made me want to do better. Next year the goal is to do a 38 minute five miler. It is now in writing; should be doable with some work.
The Moment
A good friend taught me to stop and appreciate the moment every now and then. On a run, with the dog, on a beautiful day. Feeling grateful.
