Just yesterday, in a great conversation with Representative Kevin Schreiber and his staff, they have agreed to help form a multistate commission (really just Maryland and Pennsylvania and maybe the District of Columbia) that will look into the benefits of completing the Grand History Trail. I am grateful for his leadership and his ability to envision the long range strategic value of this project.
