On a Personal Note: Yoga

I was mowing the lawn a few days ago and fell going downhill.  I twisted my leg behind me and thought from the position I landed in that I was in real trouble.   With yoga I was as able to get up and move on without much of a problem.    Without yoga I think that fall would have put a big crimp in the summer activities.  In other words, I recommend Yoga.  It seems to help keep you moving.
